Since its inception in 2014, TATEL has focused distinctly on promoting Spanish gastronomy and culture, originating in Madrid, Ibiza, and Beverly Hills. Its expansion includes cities like Valencia, Mexico City, and Riyadh—locations where DAS Audio has enhanced dining and entertainment experiences through superior sound systems. Ranked among the top 25 restaurants globally worth visiting, according to Kayak and OpenTable surveys, TATEL offers an environment that transitions from a restaurant to a nightclub, enriching the atmosphere with live music and flamenco dancing.
The installation faced a dual challenge: delivering crisp, powerful sound adaptable for both tranquil dining and vibrant club settings with DJs and live performances. Crucially, the integration of the sound system needed to preserve the luxurious design and unique visual identity of each TATEL location.
In the main hall of Valencia, twelve ARTEC-510 systems were installed, strategically placed to ensure uniform sound coverage and tonality. The ARTEC-510 units are renowned for their full sound delivery within an unobtrusive design, making them suitable for wall and ceiling mounts and ideal for blending into the interior without sacrificing aesthetic quality. Additionally, these passive systems are driven by INTEGRAL-1602 amplifiers, providing robust and reliable amplification. Critical areas such as the stage and high-traffic zones feature ARTEC-322 and QUANTUM Q-10 subwoofers from the Quantum Series, noted for their compact design and versatility, offering essential low-frequency reinforcement for nightclub atmospheres.
TATEL is more than just a restaurant; it represents a beacon of Spanish culture and entertainment. Through collaboration with DAS Audio, TATEL not only offers exceptional cuisine but also provides a premier acoustic experience tailored for both serene and spirited evenings.
