Procom, DAS Audio’s distributor in Dubai, was brought in to install the club’s outdoor sound system

DOSC has become one of the best sailing clubs in the Persian Gulf, not only for its outstanding location but also for the host of events it holds throughout the year, from concerts and DJ sessions to a range of corporate events.

With four main areas—the bar, terrace, outdoor dining area, and water terrace—the club needed a sound system that could not only handle the club’s day-to-day needs, but also the weekly entertainment sessions. All four zones have independent control in terms of pressure level and sound source.

One of the major challenges when installing sound systems in outdoor areas is always resistance to weather conditions. At the DOSC, the systems are directly exposed to the sun and high humidity.
