The ES-218 is a bass-reflex subwoofer system featuring two newly developed 18UXN transducers. These loudspeakers incorporate state-of-the-art technology, including a 4″ sandwich split-winding voice coil, an impressive 52 mm peak-to-peak excursion, and a powerful neodymium magnet assembly optimized through Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

Thanks to its dual silicon spider, the 18UXN ensures precise control of the moving mass with high linearity. An aluminum demodulating ring reduces distortion, while efficient voice coil gap ventilation enhances thermal performance and minimizes power compression. The ES-218 subwoofer system has a program power handling capacity of 4400 W and delivers a maximum peak SPL of 143 dB.

The cabinet is built from high-quality birch plywood and coated with impact-resistant ISO-flex paint. The front elements are protected by a durable metal grille and an acoustically transparent fabric.
